Cosmic Dance Universe is a 4-week live online program designed to help you recognize and work consciously with that pattern. This is the foundational chapter of The Science of Being Human.

Over four structured weeks, we explore polarity, karma, dharma, expansion and contraction — the universal principles shaping perception, behavior, and identity. Not as abstract philosophy, but as mechanics operating within your nervous system and daily life.

This is not an information library.

It is a guided process.

What the program includes:

 

• 4 live weekly breathwork sessions

• 4 live weekly yoga sessions

• 4 live weekly satsangs for integration and inquiry

• Lifetime access to all session recordings

• Access to all course materials and structured reflections

All sessions are delivered live online.

If you cannot attend live, full recordings are available immediately afterward.

Weekly Commitment

 

Expect approximately 2–3 hours of live participation per week, plus optional reflection and integration time.
