Ich bin Marcus Rother – Gründer von „The Science of Being Human“ und zertifizierter SOMA Breath®-Lehrer.
Ich hab mit Yoga und Bodywork angefangen, aber schnell gemerkt, dass die Atmung der eigentliche Schlüssel ist. Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit Physiotherapeuten, Chiropraktikern und Trainern hab ich gelernt, wie sich Stress im Körper festsetzt – und wie man mit den richtigen Atemtechniken innerhalb von Minuten die Körperhaltung, die Chemie und die Konzentrationsfähigkeit zurücksetzen kann.
