Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear written statement sent via e-mail of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely if:

• you have expressly agreed that performance of the contract begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

• you have confirmed that you are aware that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.

For Science of Being Human courses, performance of the contract begins with:

• activation of course access, or

• provision of course materials, or

• commencement of the live sessions.

Pursuant to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

This applies in particular to:

• Online Breathwork Sessions

• Private Yoga group sessions

• Bodywork 1:1

• Private Yoga 1:1

Therefore, no right of withdrawal exists for these services.
