I’m Marcus Rother – founder of The Science of Being Human and certified SOMA Breath® Instructor.
I started in yoga and bodywork, but soon realized that breath was the real key. Working alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, and coaches, I saw how stress lives in the body – and how the right breathing techniques can reset posture, chemistry, and focus in minutes.
My sessions are not yoga classes. They are science-driven experiences that blend music, rhythm, and guided techniques to calm the nervous system, release tension, and give you more energy than you thought possible.
